Celebrate the joys of the December 6th feast of St. Nicholas and the Church seasons of Advent and Christmas with this card designed by Kelly Schumacher for the 2024 All the Household shop launch.
This card is perfect to slip into a child’s shoe or stocking, to drop in the mail with a sweet note to family and friends, and/or to accompany an act of service in honor of St. Nicholas’s Day or Christmas! You could also use it as your 2024 family Christmas card.
The original artwork depicts the Bishop of Myra, St. Nicholas, underneath the crucifix, gifting three gold pieces to one of the poor daughters upon whom he was famous for bestowing his generosity. The inside verse is “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field” Matthew 13:44 KJV.
Cards are 4 ¼ inches by 5 ½ inches and come with a matching white envelope.
